Frontline Duty - Hurricane

Louisiana Air National Guardsman Tech. Sgt. John Capdeboscq connects a satellite antenna receiver cable. It provided communication capabilities to the 225th Tactical Operations Center operating out of La Grange High School in Lake Charles, La., as Guardsmen prepared for Hurricane Ike.
