1. A requirement exists for a qualified member to serve in the AFSC and rank indicated below for a 1-year MPA assignment with possibility to extend up to 2 additional years. Applicants must possess the AFSC, skill level or one skill level below and must hold the rank to qualify as a candidate.

POSITION AVAILABILITY:  17 August 2016

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is assigned under the Air Force Personnel Operations Activity, Directorate of Plans and Integration (HAF/A1XI), Deputy Chief of Staff, Personnel, Manpower, and Services (HAF/A1), with duty location at JBSA-Randolph, San Antonio, Texas.  Member will lead change management activities for Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay Strategy (AFIPPS), to include    coordinating strategic outreach, stakeholder engagement and communications across field operation and activities and among the end-user community.  Duties include preparing users for capability acceptance, business redesign, developing organizational design changes to suit automated capability release, acting as a conduit for potential Program Guidance Letters (PGL)/Program Action Directives (PAD), and coordinating all policy changes driven by capability delivery within the Human Resources Governance Structure.  Member will partner with Air Staff, MAJCOMs, AFPC, ARPC, and NGB to create execution guidance, communications, as well as other AFIPPS change management activities ensuring all items are Total Force and are coordinated IAW the integrated personnel management governance.  Member also briefs AFIPPS functional manager (O-6) and senior leadership on status of change management activities as AFIPPS is developed and fielded.  Supervises three action officers within the Change Management function including representatives from RegAF, ANG and AFR.

2. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a highly motivated, fully qualified 38P Personnel officer with ANG Force Support Squadron experience.  Experience at NGB level is desirable.
