Army Air Corps veteran talks about war experience at air show

World War II veteran Robert McNally rubs his had against the "Miss Hap," the oldest flying B-25 Mitchell bomber in the world Aug. 19 at Pease Air National Guard Base at Portsmouth, N.H. The "Miss Hap" was the personal aircraft of Gen. Henry "Hap" Arnold, the commanding officer of the Army Air Corps during WW II. Mr. McNally was an aircraft radio operator in the Army Air Corps and routinely flew aboard B-25s during WW II. Mr. McNally, 81, was a guest attending the 2007 Wings of Hope Air Show with hopes of being reunited with old friends.
