Airmen from the Mansfield-based 179th Airlift Wing load bottled water onto a C-130 "Hercules" cargo aircraft Jan. 19, 2010, at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida, during relief efforts following a magnitude 7.0 earthquake Jan. 12 that devastated the capital city of Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Wyatt visits Mississippi Air Guard units
Lt. Gen. Harry Wyatt III, director of the Air National Guard, is briefed by a pilot with the Mississippi Air Guard Jan. 8 aboard a Mississippi Guard C-17 Globemaster III en route to San Antonio, Texas. The flight transported more than 50 patients to the United States as part of its regular aeromedical evacuation missions from Iraq and Germany. Defense Latinas praised for distinguished service
Twelve outstanding active duty servicemembers and Department of Defense civilians were honored with the Latina Distinguished Service Award for their service to the nation by Latina Style Magazine and DoD leaders in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 9.
