Retired Senior Master Sgt. John R. Quigley (left), a Del. Thirteen Airmen in 142nd Airlift Squadron, Delaware Air National Guard recognized for flying hour milestones

2/13/2012 - NEW CASTLE, Delaware -- Thirteen Airmen in the 142nd Airlift Squadron, Delaware Air National Guard, part of the 166th Airlift Wing at the New Castle ANG Base, have their flying hour milestones recognized in the Winter 2011/2012 issue of The Mobility Forum, the official publication of the Air Mobility Command, Director of Safety.
The Airmen serve in a variety of positions as flight crew aboard the flying unit's C-130 Hercules transport aircraft, known as the workhorse of the U.S. Air Force. The aircraft is flown around the world, and for nearly 10 years has flown throughout combat zones in Southwest Asia. These 13 Delaware ANG Airmen have flown throughout Iraq and Afghanistan, and to most of the continents on earth in support of both combat and humantarian relief missions.
