ANG Command Chief’s Huddle motivates and inspires senior enlisted leaders

Command Chief Master Sgt. Lindsey McCall, command chief master sergeant of the 187th Fighter Wing, Alabama Air National Guard, listens to a presentation during the annual Command Chief’s Huddle at Volk Field Combat Readiness Training Center, Wis., March 28, 2015. The Command Chief’s Huddle brings together more than 150 Command Chief Master Sergeants and other senior enlisted leaders from 89 ANG wings and units, representing 54 states, territories and the District of Columbia, to openly discuss a wide range of issues and challenges facing the ANG. Attendees will also gain a better understanding of national issues relating to the ANG mission and share that knowledge with the 91,000 enlisted Air Guardsmen they represent.
